The bedroom is where people find comfort and freedom to be themselves, to relax after long hours and days of pressure from work, studies, responsibilities and other tasks. It's a part of a room in which we feel as if we're safe and secure. However, how sure are you that you are indeed safe and secure?

Contrary to this belief, the bedroom can be a haven of danger especially if you have carpet cleaner, furniture cleaner and glass and window cleaner stuffed in any part of the room, or if you use a shoe polish or moth balls. Yes, these products are considered as potentially dangerous and can put your health at risk.

Now, you may ask why and how. First thing, these products have hazardous substances and chemicals that can come in high concentration levels. For this reason, these products are extremely dangerous if not securely stored where they should be. Second thing, the chemicals and substances making up these products have the tendency and very real potential to react with each other leading to harmful gases, explosion and fire. You surely don't want that to happen, unless you have sinister intentions.

Even though these products are not considered as safe home products, it doesn't mean to say that we have to get rid of them. We need them and that is a fact but we do need to avoid the danger they pose. The better option is using safe Green natural cleaning products and non toxic cleaners.
